Limitation of Liability
IN NO EVENT SHALL HITECHNIC, THE STORE OWNERS, ITS PARENT, SUBSIDIARIES, OR AFFILIATES, OR THEIR RESPECTIVE OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, REPRESENTATIVES, OR AGENTS BE LIABLE FOR DIRECT, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, PUNITIVE, OR INDIRECT DAMAGES (INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO, LOSS OF DATA, USE, OR PROFITS), HOWEVER CAUSED, WHETHER FOR BREACH OF CONTRACT, NEGLIGENCE, OR OTHERWISE, AND WHETHER OR NOT THIS COMPANY HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF ANY SUCH DAMAGES. YOU AGREE THAT THE COMPANY PARTIES MAXIMUM LIABILITY ARISING FROM ANY PRODUCT SOLD SHALL NOT EXCEED THE PRICE OF SUCH PRODUCT. SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE LIMITATION OF EXCLUSION OF LIABILITY FOR CERTAIN DAMAGES SO THE ABOVE LIMITATIONS AND EXCLUSIONS MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU TO THE EXTENT SUCH JURISDICTIONS LAW IS APPLICABLE TO THIS AGREEMENT.
Shipping Charges
Shipping is calculated based on the weight of the shipment. We ship Priority Mail or Express Mail which provides proof of shipping, tracking in most cases (depending on destination) and proof of delivery.
US Domestic Shipping
Express Mail - US Postal Service guaranteed overnight to two-day service includes tracking, proof of delivery.
Priority Mail - Priority Mail service offers
- 2 to 3 day service to most domestic destinations
- tracking and proof of delivery.
International Shipping:
Priority Mail International - US Postal Service Priority Mail Service offers
- 6 to 10 average business day delivery to most countries.
- tracking to major destinations
To destinations where International Priority Mail is not available, shipments will be sent via First Class Mail.

We accept credit card payments using PayPal.
