NXT-G Program For LEGO Mindstorms 2.0
This holonomic robot uses three Rotacaster wheel and can drive in any direction independent of the direction it is facing and can even turn while driving. The NXT-G sample programs use the HiTechnic Sin/Cos block to determine the relative motor power based on the direction of travel. The programs also use the HiTechnic Limit Num block as an easy way to restrict the power value used with the motors. One sample program drives in a square pattern. The other three programs are variations of line tracking using the center mounted LEGO color sensor. Start the line tracking programs on the edge of the line to track. Program will automatically calibrate to the line.

NXT-G Program For LEGO Mindstorms 2.0
The IR RC Kart is an all new RC 'car' type robot that replaces the popular IR RC Car. The IR RC Kart is build-able with either a LEGO Mindstorms 1.0 or 2.0 set and, unlike the IR RC Car, does not use a differential. The steering motor is controlled with the new HiTechnic Motor PID Block which makes it easy to have an NXT motor drive toward a specified set point. With this block, the program for this model is just 5 blocks plus a loop.

NXT-G Programs For LEGO Mindstorms 2.0
Note: The programs take advantage of floating point math that is available with the 2.0 version of the LEGO Mindstorms NXT. Since the LEGO Mindstorms 1.0 version is integer math only, there is no 1.0 version. If you have LEGO Mindstorms 1.0, we suggest you try using BricxCC and NXC, it is free and very high quality. For NXC you will need to make sure you have the firmware associated with Mindstorms 2.0 (such as firmware 1.29), this can be downloaded from LEGO. To take advantage of this firmware, you will need a current version of NXC. In BricxCC, go to Edit->Preferences Compiler tab, NBC/NXC sub-tab, and select NXT 2.0 compatible firmware.

NXC Program with Multi-channel Power Control
Note: NXT-G Programs for LEGO Mindstorms 1.1 is a .zip file that contains a profile folder structure consisting of both the .rbt main program and the supporting MyBlocks. Follow the instructions in the readme.txt file for installing into the LEGO Mindstorms document directory structure. The Program for LEGO Mindstorms 2.0 is also a zip file but it contains Pack-N-Go .rbtx files. One of these is a single channel IR Receiver program while the other is a multi-channel program that lets you control the drive power by the channel selection.

(*) The BallShooter V2 NXT-G programs use the 2.0 Acceleration Sensor Block as well as the new HiTechnic Motor PID Block. These blocks are available from the HiTechnic NXT-G Block Downloads page.
Note: NXT-G Programs for LEGO Mindstorms 1 is a .zip file that contains both the main BallShooter2.rbt program and the Blocks/MyBlocks folder. Copy this file and the Blocks folder to a new profile folder in your LEGO Mindstorms document file tree. See the readme.txt file for more information. The Program for LEGO Mindstorms 2.0 is a zip file that contains a Pack-N-Go .rbtx file that will load both the main program and supporting MyBlocks when opened by the LEGO Mindstorms 2.0 software. To avoid conflicts with existing MyBlocks, consider opening into a new profile.
